We will not revitalize Playa Santa with one wave of a magic wand.

If we ever get this noise under control, our next community effort should be the historic old Ensenada Library. Always so much interest, yet little action to repair. The hole from hurricane George is still in the roof! A major contributor to decay, made tragic since the replacement roof tiles, salvaged from the period from another building destroyed, are sitting on a pile at the street!
