Meeting after meeting, residents asking for peace and good order, enforcement of the noise law, Guánica invites a radio station DJ to blast away at 110 db, grossly violating the town's own ordinance!:

From the Urbanization del Sur, "we just sat down for dinner with our guests that traveled from California, and the AquaSport, free to do whatever, blasts music all evening, knowing that there is no enforcement of our constitution right to enjoy OUR property, that the entire Puerto Rico law of noise regulation essentially does not have enforcement, the State Police have no authority "at sea" and FURA, "we can't enforce a noise law that does not exist at sea!"

But actually, the noise regulations have the 'violation' occurring once the excess sound CROSSES THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE RECIEVER! Does not matter if the sound came from sea, the violation indeed occurs in Guánica! All landing on deft ears of complicity. No enforcement. (The visitors left Guánica for quieter areas of Puerto Rico.)

Desde la Urbanización del Sur, "acabamos de sentarnos a cenar con nuestros invitados que viajaron desde California, y el AquaSport, libre de hacer lo que sea, pone música a todo volumen toda la noche, sabiendo que no se hace cumplir nuestro derecho constitucional a disfrutar de NUESTRA propiedad, que toda la ley de regulación de ruido de Puerto Rico esencialmente no tiene aplicación, la Policía Estatal no tiene autoridad "en el mar" y FURA, "¡no podemos hacer cumplir una ley de ruido que no existe en el mar!"

¡Pero en realidad, las regulaciones de ruido hacen que la 'violación' ocurra una vez que el exceso de sonido CRUZA LA LÍNEA DE PROPIEDAD HACIA EL RECEPTOR! No importa si el sonido vino del mar, ¡la violación sí ocurre en Guánica! Todo aterrizando en hábiles oídos de complicidad. Sin ejecución. (Los visitantes se fueron de Guánica a zonas más tranquilas de Puerto Rico).
